If you're in the market for new cookware, you may have come across the Caraway Cookware Set. I feel like everyone has been raving about this lately, so I was excited to see what all of the hype was about! I was gifted a beautiful pan from another company for Christmas 2021 by my mom and was disappointed when it didn't hold up- I took care of it according to the brand's instructions but I stopped using it because it was such a pain to clean and everything stuck to it no matter what I did.
When I received the Caraway set the first thing I did was read the instructions which I'm notoriously bad about skipping for most things. But I was really excited and wanted to make sure these last! Care for them is pretty basic but the biggest things are DO NOT put them in the dishwasher, hand clean them, and avoid using the high heat setting!

I've been very impressed with the durability of these pots thus far! The set is made of ceramic-coated aluminum, which ensures even heat distribution and reduces hot spots. This means that your food will cook evenly, preventing burning or undercooking in certain areas. One of the best features of this set is the non-stick coating. Caraway uses a ceramic non-stick coating that is free of toxic chemicals like PFOA, PTFE, and PFAS. After using the set for 2 months now this is what the bottom of my most used pans look like. The top and sides still look like new!

Cleaning the Caraway Cookware Set is simple- just make sure not to ever put them in the dishwasher. They're technically 'dishwasher safe', but to prolong the life of them I wouldn't! They also tell you to let the pans cool completely before running cool water to rinse them, and scrub gently with soap and water.
Worth the hype?
In terms of price, the Caraway Cookware Set is definitely an investment (although it's currently on a great sale!). It's priced higher than many other cookware sets on the market. However, I feel that the quality of the set justifies the price tag and considering how long I kept the pans I replaced, I'd consider it a good investment. Plus, the set comes with a lifetime warranty, so you can be confident in your purchase.
Overall, the Caraway Cookware Set is an excellent choice if you're looking for a high-quality cookware set that looks great and performs well. I've even kept it on my counter since I received it because of how pretty they are!
